25 year old female who desired a more prominent appearance to the buttocks. In order to define the buttock region she had liposuction of the flanks and well as augmentation with 295cc round silastic implants placed into an intramuscular pocket.

33 year old female, desired enhancement of the buttocks, especially, the upper parts. She is seen 3 months following augmentation using solid silicone implants that were placed through a small incision, which is hidden between the upper parts of her buttocks.
