40 year old female who wore a 38 DDD brassiere and who had significant pain in the shoulders, neck, and upper back areas. She also had grooves across her shoulders from the bra straps. In addition she had difficulty exercising and finding clothes that fit. She had breast reduction using a central pedicle technique. She is seen approximately 3 ½ months after her surgery.
