25 year old female who developed premature sagging and volume loss of her breasts. In order to achieve attractive breasts suitable for a young woman, she underwent a breast lift with placement of silicone implants at the same time. A 375 cc silicone gel implant was placed on the left side and a 450 cc implant was placed on the right side to address her asymmetry. A periareolar purse-string technique was used for the lift.
