This 51 year old woman desired her breasts to be smaller and more perky. In addition she also had a collection of tissue in her left axilla ( armpit) called an axillary breast. Axillary breasts can be seen on one side or both sides in some women. In her case this excess tissue was removed to give her symmetry with her other side. Her post-op photos were taken 3 months after her surgery.
